Instructor Bio
Cari Young holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from West Chester University. She is a trained classical dancer and has choreographed for various organizations at the collegiate level. Her teachings promotes self care rooted in self love.
Sports Stretch
What is SportStretch®?
SportStretch® is a floor mat, movement based, full body routine that consists of both actively and passively stretching a client. This work can be used as a warmup prior to activity, as it can invigorate an athlete and get them ready to move, or it can be applied as recovery work, to relax them after activity. A combination of techniques such as Thai Massage, Compression, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Ashiatsu, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR), Traction and various Myofascial and Myoskeletal techniques to create the SportStretch® routine.
Who can benefit from a SportStretch® session?
Although SportStretch® is structured to be performed on athletes of any size or stature, it is safe for just about anyone who is looking to gain flexibility in order to perform better on the field, in the gym and in everyday activities.
Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy is a type of bodywork that goes deeper and works more than your average massage. Manual Therapy works with the fascial system in the body.

Meditation encourages you to become in tune with your inner self. A brief teaching will be read during the first portion, followed by a guided group lesson. Classes are offered once a week.
We believe meditation is an absolute necessity to maintaining balance and inner peace, therefore, we offer this class for free. Donations are welcomed, but not required. ~Namaste
